University Police Contract - this form must be turned in to University Police. UP will determine if police are necessary for an on-campus event. Your organization will be notified by UP if your organization has to have police at your event.

Publicizing Your Organization
Guidelines for printing with the University logo. Anything printed with the University logo must be approved by the Dean of Students Office and Office of Communications. Please bring submit requests using the logo request form.
Developing a Student Organization Web Page through UL. Click on web materials packet.
Organization email addresses - The organization president or designated officer may create an alias to their UL email. For example the University Program Council may create upc@louisiana.edu as an alias for the president of UPC. When a new president is elected the alias is changed to the new person.
